In order for the group ticket price to apply, a minimum order quantity of 20 tickets is required for the first order in the ticket store.

• Your code can be used for further orders and up to 1000 tickets can be purchased in total.
• If you need more tickets please contact the Green Week Team
• The tickets are NOT personalized and can therefore easily be passed on to another guest, e.g. in case of illness.
• The cancellation of generated tickets is not possible.
• If you like to order on account the minimum order quantity is 300 tickets. If you wish to order on account, please note that this is only possible under certain conditions

No. Once you have purchased tickets using your code, they cannot be refunded online or on-site.

No! When creating tickets, you do not need any personal details of your guests.

If you have already purchased tickets in the ticket store with your code, they CANNOT be cancelled/refunded.

• However, the online tickets give you a high degree of flexibility, so our tip to you is to redeem the code just before the trade fair trip and only print them out then.
• The tickets are NOT personalized and can therefore easily be passed on to another guest, e.g. in case of illness.

You have already been our guest for Green Week 23 with your travel group?
Then you will receive an e-mail from us in mid-September with a code that you can use for your order. An active order of a code is not necessary.

You can then convert the code sent to you into your desired number of tickets in the ticket store (linked in the e-mail).
You were not with us in 2023 with a travel group? Please send us your ticket request by filling out the online form. After a few days you will receive an e-mail with an individual code that you can convert into tickets for your guests in the ticket store.

You can print the tickets afterwards, or use them as mobile tickets. Of course you can forward the ticket to your customer, or distribute them on the spot in the bus.

Please allow 1-3 business days until you receive your ticket code via email.

Purchase on account is possible under certain conditions:

• Minimum order quantity 200 tickets
• Order request is received by 31.12.2023 at wirfahrennachberlin@messe-berlin.de
• There is no possibility of cancellation

In order to make the ordering procedure and handling as simple as possible for you, we have not personalized the individual tickets.

However, we would like to point out that you are required to provide us with a contact list of your guests in the event of a tightening of the Corona guidelines as part of the follow-up.

Please indicate the number of people including bus driver:in when placing your order.

Every 21st ticket per order is free of charge.

Note that the bus driver:in ticket can only be purchased via the code.

You can pay online with credit card, Giropay (online banking), PayPal, Apple Pay or Googlepay, on site at the helpdesk with EC card, credit card or Apple Pay.

The code can only be redeemed via our: ticketshop

Please paste the code you receive from us into the "Redeem voucher" field below in our ticketshop. Afterwards the group ticket relevant for you will open.

You can use this code for up to 1000 ticket orders.
