Grüne Woche as a travel experience

Take the opportunity to offer your guests a unique journey

For lovers of culinary delights, countries and states will exhibit country-specific products and specialties. Of course, we also offer numerous points of contact for all garden lovers.

In the flower hall, your guests can also enjoy a special show with various focal themes. As every year, the animal hall or the adventure farm also offer highlights that are worth a visit.

Planning your travel offer

Since last year there is our app, where you can find all exhibitors and their products, as well as a program overview of all events and stages on site, and a link to our blog, where you can read interesting articles on topics related to agriculture, food and horticulture in advance.

In order to provide you with the best possible support for your communication in regards of your Grüne Woche trip, we have created a communication kit (currently updated) from which you can take text templates, but also images for promotional purposes.

The publication of the images available there and our logo are free of charge, but alienation or modification is not permitted. In case of use, we would be very pleased to receive a voucher copy.

We offer a variety of free advertising materials, which you can order conveniently via our order form (available from fall). Here you will find an overview of the available advertising materials (currently being updated). You are also welcome to use our logos and banners for tour operators to draw attention to your trip to Berlin digitally in advance.

Please note that all material offered is in german language only.

On site

We also offer coaches the opportunity to park on site at P18. However, please note when planning:

  • Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved
  • Allocation on site: "first come, first serve"
  • Day ticket costs 40 EUR and must be paid on site (cash or credit card)

Otherwise, as usual, there are plenty of parking spaces available at the Olypia station, and the bus driver will be informed accordingly by local staff.

As an entrance for bus companies, we will again use the entrance at Gate 25 - entrance hall 27. There is also an entrance to the event.

The bus driver or the bus driver will be informed about parking possibilities until the pick-up.

The visitors will then be picked up by the bus again at the entrance to Hall 27.

To prevent visitors from jamming at the entrance to Hall 27, Hall 27 will open as early as 9:30 a.m.. The other halls will then also open from 10:00 a.m.

Cloakkrooms are located at all entrances, especially at the entrance to Hall 27, which is used as a special entrance for guests of bus companies. WC facilities are also located here before the guestes have to pass the ticket control.
