We wish you and your families a healthy and peaceful New Year. Grüne Woche 2024 is just around the corner and in today's newsletter we would like to give you some more information on how to get there: How to get there and parking options for coaches, or how to buy tickets on site, before you set off on your coaches to Berlin in a few days' time.

Coaches will arrive via the access road Jaffestr. / parking lot P17. There you have the possibility to drop off your guests and to pick them up again at the end of the exhibition day. Logistical coordination and allocation of time slots for pick-up will be carried out on site by our ushering staff; unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation in advance.

Your guests can then reach the trade fair via the entrance to hall 27. The hall will also be opened 30 minutes before the official start of the fair (10 a.m.and only Hhall 27) to avoid congestion in the entrance area and to ensure that your guests are 'warm and comfy'.

At this point a note for all companies who have planned a journey on Sunday 21.01.2024:
At 1:30 p.m., the2. Bundesliga match between Hertha BSC and Fortuna Düsseldorf will take place at the Berlin Olympiastation in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair. The game ends around 3:30 p.m.

Please plan for this or allow for delays in bus arrivals and departures due to increased traffic and detours. There may also be a change in the parking situation in the Heerstr. area.

You have generated your guests' tickets in advance using your ticket code in our ticket store and have them with you either as a printout or on your mobile device.

Helpdesk on site:
If it is not possible for you as the organizer to purchase tickets for your guests online in advance, you can also make the purchase on site at the helpdesks in the entrance area. We recommend that you have a code sent to you in advance via wirfahrennachberlin@messe-berlin.de and have it to hand when purchasing tickets. Only with the special codes for coach companies can the bus driver ticket be taken into account when purchasing.

Payment options:
You can pay online by credit card, Giropay (online banking), PayPal or Apple Pay, on site at the helpdesk by EC card, credit card or Apple Pay. Cash payment on site is not possible.

App
We recommend our app for you and your guests. It now offers all the information you need in your pocket and can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Good to know: You can save your favorites, have an overview of the events and, thanks to the interactive hall plans in the app, find your way around the exhibition grounds. So your guests can start their visit to the trade fair in a relaxed manner.
