The International Green Week 2023 is now in the starting blocks and on this way we would like to give you some information about topics like: How to get there, Help Desks on site, or our new IGW App.

Coaches will arrive via the access road Jaffestr. / parking lot P17. There you have the possibility to drop off your guests and to pick them up again at the end of the exhibition day. Logistical coordination and allocation of time slots for pick-up will be carried out on site by our ushering staff; unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation in advance.

Your guests can then reach the trade fair via the entrance to hall 27. The hall will also be opened 30 minutes before the official start of the fair (10 a.m.and only Hhall 27) to avoid congestion in the entrance area and to ensure that your guests are 'warm and comfy'.

At this point a note for all companies who have planned a journey on Saturday 28.01.2023:
At 3:30 p.m., the Bundesliga match between Hertha BSC and 1. FC Union Berlin will take place at the Berlin Olympiastation in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair (city derby). Kick-off is at 3:30 p.m. Accordingly, the soccer match will almost coincide with the end of the Green Week.

Please plan for this or allow for delays in bus arrivals and departures due to increased traffic and detours. There may also be a change in the parking situation in the Heerstr. area.

You have generated the tickets of your guests in advance via your ticket code in our ticket store and have them with you either as a printout or on the mobile device.

Since the tickets are not personalized, you can also react flexibly to last-minute changes in personnel. If you still need individual tickets at short notice, you can either book them as usual online via our ticket store, or please contact our help desks on site. There will be help desks at the entrances to the exhibition grounds where you can purchase IGW tickets at short notice. IMPORTANT: here you can only pay with your EC card, Visa card, Master card, Amex, Applepay, Samsungpay, Googlepay. Cash payment onsite is not possible. You do not have to provide any visitor data when purchasing tickets on site.

For your guests and you we recommend the new app of the International Green Week. This now offers all the information for your pocket and is now available for free download on Google Play and in the Apple App Store. The practical thing here: You can save favorites, have an overview of the events and thanks to interactive hall plans in the app the perfect orientation on the exhibition grounds. This way, your guests can start their visit to the trade fair relaxed.
